WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG

So.....what's everyone eating?  I'm in a food rut.  I make stuff ahead of time, and then, when it's time to eat it, I say, "Meh, I don't want this!"  I'm like a 3 year old!!!  LOL!!!  And I have variety in my diet, so I don't know what the problem is!

Yesterday:

B - Protein Coffee
     Greek yogurt with granola

L - Garlic shrimp and khaloumi cheese

S - Apple with pb

D - Morningstar Farms Buffalo "Chicken" Nuggets

Today:

B - Protein coffee
     Muenster cheese cubes

L - Quinoa with Morningstar Farms "Steak" strips and roasted veggies

D - ? (Probably on the run, have a funeral viewing to attend)

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Ughhh me I am having a tough time eating these days.

Yesterday

B- Coffee with Almond toffee creamer

L- whole grains sandwich thins with 1 slice of ham 1 slice of american cheese and 3 slices of tomatoes

D- 4 oz tilapia with onions and boiled potatoes and 2 broccoli florettes.

90 oz of fluids all my vitamins
Today I have nothing planned I just finished my 2nd mug of coffee. I am not really in the mood to eat much.

(I never ever skip my vitamins even if I am having a hard time with eating)

I hear ya...I have found lately that when it comes time for things I've made ahead of time, that's not what I have a taste for.  So, I'm back to cooking nightly.

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - protein bar
L - chicken breast w/gravy
      tootsie roll midgies
D - pork roast, roasted squash/zuchini/onion, tablespoon of mashed potatoes
S - s/f apple crisp

90 oz. fluids, 100g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry/nectarine protein shake
L - pork roast, roasted squash/zuchini/onion
S - protein bar
D - not sure yet, something with either chicken or lean ground beef

The quinoa with the veggies wasn't bad - I think it would've been better with chicken.  The faux steak strips are better if they're in a sauce or something.  But hey, protein is protein, right?

Yesterday:

Breakfast - coffee with a chocolate protein chaser

Lunch - Shoppers Food Warehouse meat loaf and mac n cheese (LOL, I'm really making out here  LOL, the lunch was $1.79 - the hot food bar is $5.79 a pound so you can figure out how much food I got stuffed on  LOL)

Dinner - two baked chicken thighs a couple pieces of brocolli

Today:

Breakfast - coffee with chocolate protein chaser (by the way, the chaser I'm referring to is  4 ounces which has 20 g protein)

Lunch - Carl Budding's Lunch Meat 90 calorie pack with 2 ounces of extra sharp white cheddar cheese

Dinner - Meatballs - hubby wants soms pasghetti.  LOL

Most of my fluids!
