Oh, we ate and ate....and then ate some more at the beach. But most of it was good, wls-friendly stuff!

Made some quinoa last night with beef broth, then cooked up some roasted veggies in balsamic vinaigrette (TJ's), and added some Morningstar Farms steak strips. Don't know how it's gonna taste, but it looked good!!
