MONDAY FEED BAG
PHEW...those of us that went to the beach ate out A LOT this weekend! Kind of hard to keep stats when you do that though. Plus Tia made a couple of awesome crustless quiches (spinach and mozarella; crab and cheddar) and a crustless baked pumpkin ricotta! YUMMO!
Yesterday:
B - choc/banana protein muffin
greek yogurt w/watermelon
L - shrimp and spinach salad from Applebees
D - chicken parmesan
80ish oz. fluids, 60ish grams protein, most of my vits.
Today:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - last piece of chicken parm
S - protein bar
D - pork roast, squash, potatoes
NEXT!!!
