Monday Exercise Thread

Well friday I walked 45 minutes and saturday i zumba'd. didn't do anything yesterday besides walk the dog. zumba kicked my butt! today i will take a long walk and get back to real exercise tomorrow. how bout you?

Tonight is my reformer Pilates class!  just love it  then tomorrow will be the water pilates and
water aerobics classes.

RNY on 10/06/08 with
I did an hour class at the gym last night called Group Active and was able to do the higher intensity options and I was very proud of myself. The class includes step aerobics, strength training and balance.
