GNC issues?
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I went to GNC the other day to look at Proteins available for after my surgery. When I went in, there was one sales person working with a couple and another one standing in front of the store looking out into the mall, I walked in and I was looking around at all the products and not ONCE did the guy with nothing to do say anything to me. Not, can I help you, or let me know if you need anything UGH. I just feel like they were saying look at the fat girl in the healthy store and didn't feel I was worth their time!
Thanks for letting me rant!

I totally know where you are coming from. I've been in GNC before and I always feel like I don't fit. I've even had them look at me funny when I know its not all in my head. The last couple times I've gone in everyone has helped out a lot, bothered me even. Maybe you should look for another GNC store.
It seem like customer service in general just sucks anymore. It doesn't matter where you go, people are just rude. I mean since when is it okay for a group of employees to be standing RIGHT outside the doors of Walmart smoking? I don't want to walk past that, and I really don't want my daughter to have to. Or the cashier that checks you out who is texting the whole time.
Sorry for my little rant.
I think that sometimes being a bigger person I make myself feel out of place. When I did talk to the guy at my GNC he was very understanding and helpful.
Good luck!

I have not been too impressed with the service at GNC. I did not think it was anything specific to me, just how they were. I also do not think they have an adequate selection. I like the Vitamin Shoppe much better. I am always asked if I need assistance, they seem very knowledgable about their products, and they have a much greater selection of products for us to choose from.
