New Daily Exercise Thread
I started an exercise thread a long time ago when I was actually exercising but once I fell off the wagon, I stopped posting. Well the wagon needs me back in it so I am going to start posting an exercise thread monday through friday. I think it would be good to post about what your plans are for the week as well as what you actually accomplished.
today I plan on taking a long walk outside as long as it is not raining. If it is raining, I will turn on some music and dance around til I collapse. Friday I fully intend to get back to the gym (White Marsh Bally's) and swim for 50 minutes.

Today I plan to do a 30 minute walk/jog on my treadmill & will attempt to do 30 minutes on my elliptical. If I havent fell out by then, I will do about 30 minutes on my bike.

I work in a highrise
walked up steps to the 6th floor then walked the hallways to the otherside up to the 7th floor etc. all the way to the 13th floor. I already did it when I got to work and I will repeat it it before lunch for a total of 40 minutes.
I'll be at the beach the next 3 days so I will just go out for a walk
