Wow I had no idea. That probably was it! I will just have to have it sparingly now because I have a ton in my freezer.
Thanks for the tip on the crystal light slushies. I tried doing this with protein shake to make it like italian ice but it didn't work.
I didn't get to sleep until VERY late last night and I slept with a bottle of water Every time I woke up and moved I had a sip. Diarrhea has stopped and I'm feeling a little bit better today.
I'm going to try to get in 16oz of protein juice. And some real chicken soup just strained.
I'll update a bit later. Just showered and trying to relax and take it much easier today than yesterday! So far no fever today...let's see if we can keep it away!

Glad to hear you're feeling a little better. The side effect I experience from sugar alcohols is intense abdominal cramps. Even just having the amount in a South Beach meal bar bends me over in pain. (I do have a history of IBS when I was younger, so there may also be something with me that makes me more sensitive to it.) Since I became aware of it and avoid SA, I haven't had a minute's problem.
Keep in mind though Nikki that all you are consuming is liquids. You will have a good cleaning out of the plumbing. Just try to keep sipping water and getting in your protein drinks. It does get better when you move on to full liquids and even better at mushies. (Then the pendulum will swing: you won't go for quite a few days and be concerned about it.) It's normal.
