How are you all doing with your eating?  I cooked some stuff over the weekend to last for part of the week, but when I get to that night of food, I'm finding I don't have the taste for it.  Guess I'll have to go back to cooking every evening.

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

L - mini lemon poppyseed scones

D - chili

S - watermelon

80 oz. fluids, 75g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - greek yogurt/blueberry protein shake

L - italian sausage stew w/quinoa

S - protein bar

D - chicken parm

S - watermelon

Today:

B- 1 scrambled egg with LF cheese
S - Crystal Light
L - Turkey/cheese roll up
S - Greek yogurt with splenda
D -  Crabs!!

Yesterday

B - 1 protein shake
S - Crystal Light
L - Chili
S - 3 wheat things (reduced fat) & shrimp dip
D - Crabs (x4 small/med)
S - SF popsicle

Would you mind sharing your Italian sausage stew recipe?  Thanks!

I got to move a regular diet yesterday! Woo hoo!! 

Yesterday:

B- Protein shake

S- Sugar-free popsicle

L- 2 turkey meatballs with a little tomato sauce, 1 tbsp mashed potatoes, and 3 green beans

S- protein pudding

D- 2 oz. chicken thigh with 1 tbsp marinara and mozzarella cheese

Today:

B- protein shake

S- inside of a pickle, minus the skin

L- ham and cheese

S- protein shake

D- Italian turkey sausage
