L - baked pork chop w/onions
S - mini lemon poppyseed scones
S - 1/2 protein bar
D - italian sausage stew w/quinoa
S - mango slices
80 oz. fluids, 91g protein, all my vits
Today:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - italian sausage stew w/quinoa
S - protein bar
D - chili

Dessert - Peanut Butter Fudge Ice cream (NSA from Blue Bunny)
Today:
B- coffee and scrambled eggs
L - steak and chopped baked potato leftovers
D - Pizza Hut left overs
Dessert - probably none - trying to track down the source of heartburn at night.
