I know Tia's busy, so I'll get this started. How's everyone doing with their eating?
Yesterday:
B - lemon poppyseed scones
L - Fried Bread Cheese with s/f maple syrup
overeasy egg w/bacon gouda
S - protein shake
D - baked pork chops w/onions
1/2 biscuit
S - mango sorbet
80+ oz. fluids, 90+ g. protein, not all my vits...BAD
Today:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - protein bar
L- baked pork chop w/onions
S - watermelon
D - italian stew w/quinoa
NEXT!!!
