Last feedbag for the week.  How are you all doing.  I made a lovely and delicious shrimp meal for Becca and myself last night.  Mike was at band practice and it's nice to have someone else in the house that eats seafood!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

S - protein bar

L - steak, tiny bit of mashed potatoes, and gravy

D - shrimp, garlic, tomatoes, and onions YUMMMO!!!

S - watermelon

80 oz. fluids, 125g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

S - protein bar

L - shrimp, garlic, tomatoes, and onions YUMMMO!!!

S - pb and s/f jelly on a whole wheat tortilla

D - something chicken or italian sausage

NEXT!!!

Yesterday

Breakfast - Coffee - and scrambled eggs

Lunch - budding lunch meat and some cheezits

Snack - slim jim

Dinner - baked thigh

Dessert - lucky charms

Today:

Breakfast - coffee and protein drink

Lunch - chicken wings

Dinner - not sure yet.  I'm in the mood for some crab cake - so if I'm off early enough, I'll order it.  Otherwise, if I'm off late and past closing hours for some establishments, I just may go home and eat another baked thigh.

Yesterday:

B -coffee and a chocolate protein shake w/ skim lactaid milk

S - banana

L - all natural PB&J on lite wheat bread

D - turkey meatloaf and brown ice & beans I created.

S - Green Tea w/ Lemon & Splenda

all my vits

Today:

B - coffee and egg white cheesy omlette, with lite wheat breat toast & natural grape jam

L - all natural PB&J on lite wheat bread

S - probably a protien shake around 3pm

D - chicken breast cutletes and salad or some left over brown rice & beans w/ it.

B:  Protein Shake (Muscle Milk Light)
S:  FF Greek Yogurt with splenda
L:  Fish taco w/o the tortilla
S:  Protein water
D:  Steamed/spiced shrimp
S:  2 bites of SF strawberry icecream

Today:

B:  Protein shake
L:  Turkey chili w/ 6 chips & salsa
S:  FF Greek Yogurt w/splenda
D:  Chicken w/peppers & onions & tomatoes

Hi Heather,

Yesterday:

B- 20 coffee  bowl of oatmeal with 2% milk 1 hour later

L-Lettuce & tomatoe salad with american cheese and 1 slice if ham diced up.

D-Steak in sauce with homemade mashed potatoes

All my vitamins & 96 oz of water

Today:

B- Ham & cheese with tomatoe sandwich on wheat bread little bit of mayo
and hour before I had 16 oz coffe

L- lettuce & tomatoe salad with a slice of american cheese

D- Shrimp scampi with fresh string beans sauteed in olive oil with garlic, onions & green peppers

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
