FRIDAY EVE FEED BAG
Here we go, what did everyone eat yesterday? What's your plan for today?
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - protein bar
L - lasagna
S - banana
D - steak and a bit of mashed potatoes
80 oz. fluids, 96g protein, all my vits
Today:
B - B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - protein bar
L - steak and a bit of mashed potatoes
S - fruit
D - some kind of chicken dish...not sure yet
NEXT!!

Lunch - Budding lunch meat (Honey Turkey flavor) and some Cheez Its
Dinner - 1 baked chicken thigh with a little mac & cheese and corn

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and coffee (not at the same time LOL)
Lunch - Budding lunch meat (chicken flavor) and some Cheez Its
Dinner - I'm working at JCP tonight, so I'll probably pick up a 4 pack of nuggets to go.
