TUESDAY FEED BAG

Well, it's been a long 5 day weekend but it was GREAT not to think about work and I did pretty well with food too.

How about you?

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/blueberry protein shake

L - bake scallops in mushroom sauce
     watermelon

D - salad w/rotisserie chicken 
      a few mini choc chip cookies

S - bagel boat w/fried egg and cheese (a bagel boat is a half a bagel with most of the fleshy part scooped out, toasted well, and filled with egg and cheese)

80 oz. fluids, 90g protein, all my vits.

Today:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

L - quinoa salad
     baked scallops

S - protein bar

S - watermelon

D - lasagna

Yesterday:
B- Scrambled eggs w/ onions, green pepper,  cheese sauce and 1 sausage link. 1 blueberry pancake w/ sf syrup.

L- 1/2 fish & cheese sammich w/ coleslaw

D- cheese pie, salad and couple of bites of steak

S- NSA Strawberry Ice cream w/ cinnamon teddy grahams


Today:

B- Greek Yogurt w/ mixed berries

S- PB Pretzels

L- Crab cake

S- Cheese stick

D- Pork chop baked in cream of mushroom soup, green beans and mac & cheese.
