Wednesday's Feedbag
Gonna start this since I will be out all morning and I don't know if Heather is posting.
Yesterday:
B-Oatmeal with 2% milk & 16 oz coffee
S- 2 slices of american cheese rolled with 2 slices of ham
L- 1 small slive of vegetable home made pizza
D- mashed potatoe with 4 oz teryaki chicken breast some green beans
all my vitamins and 96 oz of fluids
Next!
Yesterday:

Today:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - protein bar
L - lasagna
S - quinoa salad
D - steak, potatoes (Becca's cooking)
S - fruit

L -the last 1/3 of the China Bowl's Mushroom Chicken leftovers
Snack - two wings from the Brass Hen before class
Dinner (after class) - leftover prime rib from the outback - I couldn't eat the whole 8 ounces when we got it on Monday.
Today:
B - Coffee then protein shake
L - Budding's honey turkey 90 calorie lunch meat pack and some cheeze its
D - baked chicken
Dessert - none
I'm having heart burn issues lately so I'm going to figure out what the triggers are so bear with me if my food logs look crazy.
