Is there a particular order I'm supposed to be taking these in? Any that should be taken on an empty stomach? I'm waiting to hear back from my nut, but thought one you might be able to point me in the right direction.

You just had surgery Tuesday, right?
My doc/surgeon says no vitamins for three weeks. I am only allowed protein water as far as nutrients go right now.
Hope you found out from your Doctor.
