Hi there,

This might be something you would like your nutritionist to answer.

I have fried fish maybe once every couple of months and I first had it like when I was 8 months post op. I made sure it was moist and not too "bready"  I had mine fried in olive oil.

Congratulations on your awesome weight loss!

Best wishes on your journey.

Well until my Nut or doc says no fried fish,, I am frying my Flounder, it is just meant to be fried. Now the Talapia,, gets baked. I very lightly bread the Flounder, and use olive oil, havent had any issues yet. I am three weeks out of surgery.

Tom:

I think you are doing fantasitc since your surgery.  I hope that I do that well, when/if it takes place.   Does anyone here think that attitude has a lot to do with recovery?

Hugs from essex
