What's everyone eating?

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      4 Chick Fil-A chicken nuggets

L - Turkey/cheese roll-ups

D - Salad, potstickers

All my fluids, all my vits!

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      4 Chick Fil-A chicken nuggets

L - Turkey/cheese roll-ups

D - Don't know, going out!!!

yesterday it was

B - coffee
L - 3 wings from Shoppers Food Warehouse
D - 1/2 of a NY Strip Steak and two chunks of potatoes
Dessert - 1 cup of Lucky Charms with a milk chaser.

today it is...

B - coffee and an iced mocha coffee from 7 - 11 (did a mystery shop there)
L - RTD protein shake
Dinner - RTD protein shake
Dessert - cheddar cheese soup (since I'm working tonight - dinner will be dessert)

ok...didn't do well yesterday and I'm feeling guilt for it today.

Today:

B - protein shake
      way too many pb pretzels when I got to work

L - chicken salad that I did not have yesterday with some tortillas.     (Our restaurant sent us lunch yesterday of Ceasar salad w/ shrimp and a canolli. Need I say more)

S - apple w/ more peanut butter         (or nothing because I don't feel too hungry anymore)

D - no plans. leaving for the beach and will probably eat when we get there.

Yesterday:



B- a bowl of oatmeal, 20 oz coffee

L- beef & spinach

S- apple

D- 3 oz steak with broccoli & cheese

S- vanilla protein shake

All my fluids and Vitamins

Today:

B- a bowl of oatmeal with 2% milk cinnamon & splenda

L- 2 scrambled eggs with creamed corn.  Had a craving for it

D-  6 oz macaroni with ground beef and homemade tomatoe sauce

S- later I will have a red apple

80 oz fluids so far all my vitamins

Today:

B - coffee w/ lactaid milk and splenda (my latte)
      egg white southwestern omlette w/ ground turkey left over from Taco night, reduced fat Mexican cheese, and tomatoes with green chilies alone with a slice of lite wheat bread with sugar free grape jam. 

L - PB&J on lite wheat bread made with all natural real fruit balckberry jam and a small apple

D - small plate of Barilla Plus pesto thin spagetti with homemade wheat italian breadsticks (got that recipe online) 

Dessert:  Mock banana sundea- sliced banana, lite choclate syrup, lite whipped topping, sprinkle with sliced almonds.  YUMMY!
