Okay, so we'll try this new format!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee

S - Cheese

L - Grilled chicken snack wrap from McD's, plus the innards of a 2nd

D - White chicken chili

All my fluids, all my vits!

Today:

B - Protein coffee

L - Turkey/cheese roll-ups

D - Not a clue
(Since I'll be away from my comfort zone, my bag is already packed with water, almonds, and protein bars!)

L - chicken salad on sandwich thins, sun chips and grapes

S - apple w/peanut butter

D - left over meatloaf, brocolli and a red skin potato baked

Yesterday:

B: Greek Yogurt w/ mixed berries

S: Caramel Rice Cakes

L: Shrimp salad w/ tomato and cucumber

S: Cheese

D: Chili and a half hotdog

S: SF Slurpee & NOT SF Reese's PB cups - both!


Today:

B: Greek Yogurt w/ mixed berries

S: Cheese

L:  Not quite sure... either something 'healthy' from McD's, shrimp egg foo young, or a frozen tv dinner

S:  Cottage Cheese w/ SF Peach/Apple Butter

D: Roast beef, Green bean casserole and cauliflower w/ cheese sauce.


With any luck I'll be able to just copy and paste this to tomorrow's "Yesterday" part! Wish me luck!!!

Ren...good idea on the copy and pasting for tomorrow. We can then change where we didn't adhere to what we planned.

Well, I found my sugar threshhold and let me assure you that it isn't pretty !!!!  At least now I know and won't ever go there again as I'm still paying the price.  Sorry if that's TMI.

Yesterday:

B - yogurt/blueberry protein shake

L - spaghetti sauce w/italian cheese

S - watermelon
      mango

S - greek pomegranate yogurt
      ice cream (the real deal) 

D - chili

92 oz. fluids, 106g protein, all my vits.


Today:

B - greek yogurt/mango protein shake

S - protein bar

L - chili

S - watermelon

D - chicken parm?

Wow!!!!  Is Becca seriously considering it?  Looks like our talking may have helped someone!!  Good for her!!!!  You know I'll help her however I can.  Cause I'm like that!!

Yesterday:

B- Vanilla protein shake    16 oz coffee

L- 2 oz mac & cheese & 2 wing dings

S- Del monte 4 peach slices

D- beef with spinach and carrots

S- a thin slice of homemade pound cake


100 oz of fluids and all my vitamins..

Today:

B- a bowl of oatmeal, 20 oz coffee

L- beef & spinach

S- apple

D- 3 oz steak with broccoli & cheese

S- vanilla protein shake
