can I make a suggestion for the feedbag?

I use to do this program (overeaters anonymous) where you planned your meals for the day and posted them before you ate. That way you would have everything planned out ahead of time and it would be easier to stay on that path for the day.

Most of my problem comes from not planning ahead of time. So, if you guys don't mind I think I will post my menu for the day each morning.

By all means post away on the menus. It may even help someone else be a bit more mindful of what they are eating.

Sure - I plan my meals ahead, too, but way back when, when I first started the Feed Bag, it seemed easier for some to post what they had eaten, because since so many eat on the run, it's hard to know what may lie in store for the day.

Like I said, post whatever you like.  I think what I'll do is post what I ate the day before and as far into the day as I know.

I have a plan in mind every day, sometimes I don't eat on plan so that's why I like posting what I ate the next day.  I don't keep a food journal anymore, so that's how I keep track of my fluids, proteins, etc. 

I do like Tia's idea of posting what you did the day before and what you KNOW for that day though.

I'm inclined to go with the flow, as usual!

Good idea.  I plan my proteins, carbs and fluids.  I'am trying to hit a weight for an insurance physical.    So its fresh seafood, veggies, fruits, tossed salads everyday and a calorie surplus at bedtime
