I apologize in advance if this post is confusing or annoying.  I post it this way because I've found that although I plan what I'm going to eat for the most part, a LOT of people don't.  By all means, since it's EVERYONE'S board, post whatever you like!!!  All participation is welcome!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Cottage cheese with s/f peach preserves

L - Greek chicken salad

D - 1 slice meatsauce pizza

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Next!!!!!!!!!!!

I like it this way!  I plan too but sometimes I veer of the path and don't want to have to go and edit my original post!

Yesterday:

B - yogurt/strawberry protien shake

S - watermelon
      mango

L - chicken and corn in wine sauce

S - protein bar

D - spaghetti sauce w/italian cheese

S - 1/4 c. NSA ice cream

66 oz. fluids, 84g protein, all my vits!

NEXT!!!!

~shrugs~ I don't see anything confusing or annoying.

D- Steamed Crabs & Shrimp Mac Salad

You ladies eat well.

If I dont take the time I have to force myself to eat.
B - FF milk 16oz, plum
S - Pringles wheat stick pk + jerky
L - Black bean/ham mixture I made over the weekend
S - Steamed Shrimp 4 oz
D - Egg drop soup/leaf salad
S - Watermelon

Burned so many cals biking and gym work, I have 1800 surpus going to bed.  May drink a bottle of vino and watch the Yankees kick some bird butt
