nicole, it tastes like protein supplement but it's the most palatable one I've had. And only 1 tblsp gives you about 16 gm of protein I think. They have grape and orange.

Brandi, I order it from Global health Products and if you order enough, the shipping's free. Dr. Roe's office does carry it but it's more expensive. I sometimes order it with my friend so we can get larger quantities.
