OT: Halloween

I'm looking for suggestions for Halloween costumes for Pete.

Do you go to Adult Halloween Parties? What will you dress up as?

It is definitely the time to start thinking about putting a costume together. Halloween is on a Saturday this year and there will be a lot of different parties to attend.

Your thoughts would be most appreciated!

First, what are YOU going to be?

I'm glad it's on a Saturday for the kids. I actually enjoy giving out candy to those "sticky handed little kids!" LOL!!!

I make a big pot of chili, homemade cornbread and brownies, and Happy and I sit outside and hand out candy.

I think this MIGHT be K's last year to dress up - that's bittersweet for me. I always wear some type of Halloween t-shirt and jewelry. I love it, I just don't dress up.

Debbie's the one with all the Halloween ideas - she's a Halloweenie!!

I am not going to an adult Halloween party. We always have a great time dressing up the kids taking them out for trick or treating and one of us hands out candy. it is a big thing in our community so it will be a fun evening.

Last year I put on an Elvira dress and this year well I have no idea what to wear. I sure as hell can not dress up as Elvira anymore without the wig since I chopped off all of my hair.

Cool costume enjoy! As for Pete well I have no idea... sorry..

I used to enjoy giving out candy and dressing up the kids until they grew up. Are you going to dress up this year as something other than Elvira? Wigs are fairly inexpensive I believe. I have always enjoyed dressing as different things.

My other thought was a cheshire cat.
