FRIDAY FEED BAG
Whatcha eatin' y'all? I made the most delicious meatloaf last night, I used light bbq sauce instead of tomatoe sauce or ketchup, and I added some of the splend/brown sugar blend to it. YUMMO!!
Yesterday:
B - yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - peanuts
L - lean cuisine portabello steak tips w/brocolli
S - protein bar
D - meatloaf
S - watermelon
64 oz. fluids, 111g protein, all my vits.

Hi Heather! I haven't made a meatloaf in years... but when I did, I wrapped bacon around it and coated it with bbq sauce.
Yesterday:
B- Greek Yogurt w/ blueberries
S- PB Pretzels
L- Salad w/ feta
spaghetti w/ meat sauce
S- SF Jello w/ greek yogurt (similiar to a jello parfait) and fresh blueberries
D- crab soup, crab cake and corn on the cob

S: Kraft 2% cheese cubes (7 of 'em = 1 serving) dipped in spicy mustard
L: (we got carry out from Pasta Mista) 2 meatballs and tomato/basil/mozarella salad
D: 2 homemmade chicken tacos (in hard shells)
S: 1/2 cup NSA vanilla ice cream topped w/ 1/2 peach
