THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
Hello all~
Today:
B - coffee w/ splenda and lactaid fat free milk
protein shake (of course I take all my vitamins after this)
S- Fiber one bar (oats and chocolate)

D - Spaghetti using Barilla Plus Pasta (lots of protein) and Turkey Meatballs
S - Some honey nut Cheerios w/ lactaid fat free milk
