Big day for my little guy.
My son, Andy, is scheduled at 9:45 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, at St. Agnes. At 19, he's still my baby although he hates to hear me say that. He's nervous and scared, obviously, but knows that he has to keep his eye on the prize which is the end result. My hope is that I am allowed to stay with him at St. A's overnight. Tom, if you read this ... may I please have your cell phone number to update you? I won't have access to a computer while I"m there unless they have public access. Andy enjoyed meeting you!
I am glad that he had an opportunity to see me have my RNY in May. At least he knows whats coming.
Please put Andy in your prayers the next few days. Thanks everyone.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
