Here is the weather forcast for the beach this weekend.

I consider myself a weather nut, but this weekend is gonna be hard to call because of Danny.  Too many variables.  I would still go and if anything, when it rains, do indoor stuff if you can....  but it's a tough one. 

Hard call to make Gail :  My brother and family are planning on going but I sure would feel better
if they didn't!

I'm not one to ask because I feel like a bad day at the beach is better than a good day at work!! 

However, your place is far enough back so that if you don't mind just hanging out there, you should be okay.

And remember, a 30% chance of storms means a 70% chance of sun, right?

See?  I told you, no help.

If you see farm animals flying, though, please take cover!!

I'm not worried about a storm but I am a little afraid of a hurricane on Saturday.  

Gail, you're smart and I know for a fact that you're up early.  If you go, turn the tv on as soon as you're up on Saturday and see what it says.  If it looks like the beach is going to sustain a hit, YOU hit the road home.

But....DON'T go outside with a kite and a key, okay????

I LOVE summer storms. I wish I had the chance to do the beach this summer..no such luck for me :(

Maybe next summer I can strut down the beach in a cute new suit.

Hopefully it won't happen.

OMG Gail I am with Tia any day at the beach is better than no day at the beach. We love to be at the beach during big storms. The ocean is wild and oh so angry looking. We just stay inside and hunker down. We get all the stuff we need ahead of time and just enjoy....

Gail, If it makes you feel any better, I plan on leaving Fri evening for a week at the beach. You can't worry about it, Sat is 50% storm, but it is also50% that it won't. At least you have your place, we are paying big $$$ to sit inside if it storms, but it could always be worse.... think positive!  Leslie:)
