TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
OMG!!! Aaron and I went to Wegman's and he got me some khaloumi cheese - it's a Greek cheese that cold, reminds me of mozzarella. However, grill it and it becomes saltier like Feta. It was SOOOOOOO good!! But it's pricey, so I won't be doing that too often!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with s/f peach preserves
S - Cheese sticks
L - Turkey roll-ups
D - Grilled shrimp & khaloumi cheese
All my fluids, all my vits!

Yep...that khaloumi is SALTY!! A little goes a long way for me! Yesterday and today are weird food days for me...I must go to the grocery store!!

L - protein bar
S - pork roast w/peas
S - lowfat pringles
D - scrambled eggs w/bacon bits and cheese
one piece toast
80 oz. fluids, 80g protein, all my vits.

Thanks so much, Ren. I have at least been doing my breakfast every morning which is a protein shake with fruit in it. Somehow it seems to be holding me this morning.
I told Bruce that I want to start getting on a schedule with eating. I am aiming for
Breakfast @ 6:00 am
Lunch @ 12:00 pm
Dinner @ 6:00 pm
If I have any goodies...even s/f goodies then I will eat them at mealtime only. I was told you don't get as much of a hit from them when eaten with your protein meal. Eventually your body will only get hungry at those times.......I so hope!

Good Morning!!!
Back from my much needed vacation last week and yesterday was a doozy at work. Of course that is to be expected after a week off.
Yesterday ( I tried really hard to be good... but I'm having a difficult time):
B- Greek Yogurt with s/f strawberry preserves
S- 2 many peanut butter pretzels
L- 1/2 c. spaghetti w/ meatsauce
S- Chocolate covered almonds and raisins
D- hot dog w/ chili
S- NSA Strawberry Ice cream
I know I need to get off of these darned carbs. I may have to force myself to start going to some group meetings for moral support and to keep myself accountable.
Hope everyone is having an easier time of making the right choices.
