Has anyone had plastic surg covered by Medicare?

I'm a long way from needing tummy tuck, etc., but wondered if anyone had any plastic surgery, post WLS that was covered by Medicare? I understand there are certain things you should mention, everytime you go to a Dr., so to have documented?

Medicare will cover hanging pannus removal if it hangs below a certain point. Don't know about anything else.
