Well, I know what a lot of you ate yesterday, since I was with you!!  The crabs, although not huge, were really good and so was the crab soup!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee

L - Turkey/cheese roll-ups

D - Crab soup and crabs

S - Popcorn

All my fluids, all my vits!

All I do is add a RTD shake to my morning cup.  I like the French Vanilla - which is also really good in chai tea and the Rich, Dark Chocolate - which makes the coffee like a cafe mocha.  The brand I like best is the EAS Advant Edge - Walmart - a 4 pack is $4.97.

The stronger the coffee, the more it hides any "protein" taste!!!!  I'm smart that way!!

lots of fluids - the old bay had me drinking all night!

B- carnation instant breakfast {sf} & a turkey sausage link wrapped in cheese

L- a cup of fat free beef broth

S- strawberry protein shake

D- crabs, crabs, and more crabs!

Good morning Tia,

Yesterday:

B- cream of wheat  and a 16 oz coffee

L-ham & cheese on a sandwich thins

D- small Crab cake, pickeled beets and a salad

S- night time snakc PB&J on a sandwich thins

about 70 oz of fluids & all of my vitamins
