Need to find a new place for Harford County and Beyond Meeting

Nic, the only thing I can think of is church halls.  The reason there are charges for the meeting rooms now is the budget cuts the library system had to make in order to keep Fallston open.  They also had to cut hours at many of the branches and reduce their audio and video library budgets.  I know it sucks that they went from free to $30, but if it helps the Fallston residents keep their library....

I don't think many of the civic groups would rent for free either.  I imagine they all have insurance liability/premium issues that a rental fee helps defray. 

If you can't find anything, I wonder if we could all take turns having it at our houses.  I know it doesn't help for the future, once the group grows, but in the interim, it could be a stepping stone.  I volunteer my place!
