FRIDAY'S FEED BAG
Hey did you save me a piece of that salt bagel? Make sure to drink lots so you don't retain too much!
Yesterday I had:
B- egg, cheese & ham on a sandwich thin.
L- huge green lettuce, spinach, celery with home grown tomatoes, cheese and 2 slices of ham in the salad.. Honey ranch dressing.
S- a handful of cherries
D- 1/3 of a Nacho bell grande... Man I need to stay away from those refried beans it never fails! LOL
S- 1/2 cup of grapes
All my vitamins and 88 oz of fluids

I haven't posted my food in a long time........but I'm gonna try to start again! Since I started with this hypoglycemia mess and my surgeon wants my weight loss to slow down a bit I feel like I'm constantly eating....but i'm doing what the dietician tells me to do!
B: 2 egg whites, 2 breakfast turkey sausages, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice rye toast
S: Kraft 2% cheese cubes, veggies and dip
L: 4 oz. flounder, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup peas
S: Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt w/ strawberries
D: 4 oz. shrimp, stir fry veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice
S: 1/2 cup NSA vanilla ice cream w/ strawberries

I was about 2 years out before I could even "stomach" the thought of a bagel. You know, there are a lot of things that I ate pre-op that aren't as good to me post-op - a salt bagel ISN'T one of them.
And Goldberg's in Pikesville has the BEST bagels!!! It's dangerously close to work for me so I never go there!!!

I was about 2 years out before I could even "stomach" the thought of a bagel. You know, there are a lot of things that I ate pre-op that aren't as good to me post-op - a salt bagel ISN'T one of them.
And Goldberg's in Pikesville has the BEST bagels!!! It's dangerously close to work for me so I never go there!!!
