Hey did you save me a piece of that salt bagel?  Make sure to drink lots so you don't retain too much!

Yesterday I had:

B- egg, cheese & ham on a sandwich thin.

L- huge green lettuce, spinach, celery with home grown tomatoes, cheese and 2 slices of ham in the salad.. Honey ranch dressing.

S- a handful of cherries

D- 1/3 of a Nacho bell grande... Man I need to stay away from those refried beans it never fails! LOL

S- 1/2 cup of grapes

All my vitamins and 88 oz of fluids

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

S: Kraft 2% cheese cubes, veggies and dip

L:  4 oz. flounder, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup peas

S:  Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt w/ strawberries

D:  4 oz. shrimp, stir fry veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice

S: 1/2 cup NSA vanilla ice cream w/ strawberries

Oh Tia, I LOVE LOVE LOVE salt bagels!  I haven't had one since my surgery but oh how I would love to have one!  I'm going to wait a little longer I think.

MoeMoe -

I was about 2 years out before I could even "stomach" the thought of a bagel.  You know, there are a lot of things that I ate pre-op that aren't as good to me post-op - a salt bagel ISN'T one of them.

And Goldberg's in Pikesville has the BEST bagels!!!  It's dangerously close to work for me so I never go there!!!
