Happiness......

Happiness comes from within...  losing weight does not necessarily bring happiness...you have to fix what is within as well.  Keep that in mind...  What is the real problem?

Me?  Some days, it's really hard to accept that I'm not at goal, may never be at goal, yet I strive to be proud of how far I HAVE come!

To answer your question.....it is something I STILL deal with daily believe it or not.  I don't know if I'll ever be at "peace" with my success.  Sad I know.  I prob. need counseling...but I can't afford it.  Lol. 

I guess that's what this is for in a way and it's FREE!  LOL!

Nice to meet you, Mariel!!!!  Look around - many of us have nicknames (myself included).  Some of the nicknames came from the fact that at one point, there were LOTS of people with the same name, so it was just easier that way.
