B: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/Splenda, cinnamon & raisins
S: cherry tomatoes & cheese stick
L: 4 oz chicken breast
S: 4 oz yogurt
D: 5 Buffalo wing pieces w/blue cheese
S: couple peach slices


All my water and vits.

Hey! I should have a definite on crabs by tonight!

B - 1 Scrambled egg

L -  3 Swedish meatballs, 3 bites of potatoes, 3 bites of lingenberry ****a!!!) I wasted SO much of that meal it didn't even look like I ate anything!

D - Chicken salad wrapped in lettuce, slice of tomato

S - Port wine cheese on a few crackers
