She made it!!!!

She made the JV squad!!!!!   She's so excited. When she came around the corner she was smiling from ear to ear and actually skipping down the hallway. She said the list was very short and let me tell you after watching some of those girls I am exceptionally proud because those chicks were in there doing back flips and one girl even kicked herself in the forehead she kicked so high!  She is so tickled she's calling everyone she knows right now, lol.

Mellie, I know you're just bursting at the seams with pride - as well you should!!!  I'm so proud for both of you!!!

Okay, so what are you going to do to celebrate?  I think Mommy should spring for a mani/pedi!!!!!!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! I couldnt rain on her parade if I tried to today. She's even being nice to her little brother for a change, lol.

Tia - good suggestion but Ive spent way too much on that kid's wardrobe for school this year and Im gonna have to buy "cheer shoes." I think that will do.
