YAY...I got on in the morning.

Yesterday:

B - yogurt/strawberry protein shake

L - pot roast w/carrots and onions

D - italian sausage, tomatoes, onions over quinoa

S - watermelon

70ish oz. fluids, 83g protein, all my vits.

Breakfast - nuttin' huney

Lunch - 90 calorie pack of corned beef slices courtesy of Budding's 56 cent pack at Walmart, and prolly about 3 ounces of Helluva good cheese

Dinner - 4 baby back ribs and some corn.

Dessert - NSA cherry vanilla ice cream

Good morning Heather!

I was bit concerned because I had gained 6 pounds. Although I was still under my doctor's goal weight by 4 lbs I felt uncomfortable and decided to lay off the "wicked" Kettle corn! lol
I am glad to say that I got back to my weight again and I feel so much better.  The good thing about WLS is that it is definitely a tool and all we have to do is work it.  Wooo hoooo

Yesterday:


B- 2 egg yolks 1 slice of cheese and 16 oz of coffee

S- 1 medium banana

L- 1 BBQ chicken leg, 1/2 of a medium potatoe with  1 tsp shedds spread and 1 tsp of sour cream with chives

D- PB&J on a multi grain sandwich thins

S- 8 cherries 6 grapes

100 oz of fluids and all my viatamns

Yesterday

B: 1/2c cottage cheese w/ cinnamon, Splenda & raisins
S: 1 string cheese stick & 6 grape tomatoes
L: 4 oz grilled chicken breast
S: 4 oz yogurt
D: about 2 spoons of cottage cheese - I was very bloated and had gas pains so wasn't in the mood for dinner.
S: 8 oz milk

All my vits and fluids

UGH!  It was okay until I went to the hospital with Dad, and then look out!!!

B - Protein coffee

L - Asian seafood salad

D - Protein bar

S - Snack sized bag of M&M's

S - Mini pretzels

S - Oatmeal

All my fluids, all my vits!!
