Happy Tuesday -----read on------
Everyone good morning and happy Tuesday.
I went to the gym last night and was actually able to take a circut class and enjoyed it. I actually worked out before the class and was able to walk 10 minutes on the treadmill, and 100 leg presses alternating between 30 and 40 lb weights.
not much knee pain. Twas a good thing. Have a bit of knee discomfort today but nothing I can't handle.
