No I didn't look down and find something else.

I put my belt on for the first time since surgery,, dropped TWO holes, close to 3.

284.5 this am I am starting to track my weight on Wii fit,,, just because.

Isn't that amazing???  Gino was in shocked too when he saw that his belt kept getting bigger and finally he had to start punching holes in it.

You are doing fantastic!

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Ok,

So here is my question,, anytime I started a diet, (which I always lost weight) when I started cutting back on calories, my energy levels would always drop. The only difference is now I use the protein shakes. Is that the key?

Thanks,
Tom

Yup, that protein will help with keepng energy up and the hair loss down (hehe had to throw that in). Also, most diets work with some sort of deprivation versus the surgery, where you are using all the vitamin supplements to cover those deiciencies. so, keep up with the protein, the multivits, the iron, the calcium and you won't find your energy flagging too much. Your body will slow down a bit at the beginning because it's not used to such a shocking loss but it'll level out :)

congratulations!!!
