Old friends/flames

Has anyone used Facebook to connect with old friends?  How about old flames?  I just found one of mine from high school and sent him a "friend request." 

I'll let you know how that goes. 

It's not like I'm looking or anything, but it just felt funny when I saw his name as a friend of another friend of mine.

I found some old high school friends there - and one who lives just about 30 minutes from me that I am making plans to meet up with in a couple of weeks!

No old flames though...

I've friended some of my old HS pals also.  I wouldn't call them friends, because we never kept in touch after HS.  I think I was just insecure in myself at that time and found other friends (or people that I though were friends) to hang out with.  It is kinda cool to see how people look now, as opposed to 25 years ago when I was in HS.

Actually, I've reconnected with some old high school friends - I still live in the same area, so we've actually be able to physically reconnect, as well.

The best reconnect I made was my bff from elementary school!  She's a grandmother!  She'll be coming up from Florida in November and we're going to get together. 

Old flames?  Nah.  Most of them are old for a reason!

It's Thursday.  I'm not sure what time yet, but I will have him call you.  Now stop worrying Mom.  I tried to get them to do a lift while they are in there cutting, but it's a NO GO.  Darn.  Thought I could have a good excuse to get it done so they won't be down to my ankles.

I'll bring duct tape.
