SATURDAY AFTERNOON HELEN/GRAMMOM UPDATE

Helen just called me a little while ago.  She's in a lot of pain, a little hard to understand and said she's having a tough time getting pain meds.  I'm still not sure why she's not on a pain pump.

She sounded pretty groggy, so her friend, Ron, got on the phone and said he thinks today should just be a "rest" day, so I'm going to try to go see her tomorrow - after I call first.

Gosh - I will say a prayer that she gets some pain relief and some rest to havea better day tomorrow - poor thing! Thanks for the update!

Thanks for the update Tia,  I really find myself thinking about her constantly. I had spoken to her right before she went in, to pick a place to meet, I had a tub of protein powder, and some vits, never used that I was giving to her, unfortunately, she called and said, she had to go see her Dr right then. We discussed no pressure we would get together after the hospital. I really feel so bad, please tell her I am thinking of her, and keeping her in my prayers. Sometimes she didn't call me Leslie, so you might have to say Charlie! LOL  TOO FUNNY, Leslie

My goodness, i just wi**** could all be over for her and she can (hopefully and prayerfully) soon catch a break from the pain. 

Why doesn't she have a pain pump?
