A Wow moment!!!
I just wanted to share a wow moment.
I did the laundry last week and Gino (my husband) offered to put away the laundry for me. I was looking for some clothes and was wondering why some of my almost 8 year old daughter's clothes were in my closet and some of my clothes in hers.
I asked Gino yesterday why he had put Gianna's clothes in together with my clothes and he said I seriously thought they were your clothes.
Can you imagine that? My 8 year old daughter's clothes be my clothes? No freaking way!!! I had a good laugh, but then I cried because I remember that before having GBS that would have never been possible.
Thanks for letting me share my NSV (non scale victory) wow moment with you all. Still happening after 29 months post op!

he is 100 lbs lighter than me. lol. I love wearing my mans shirts. Haven't done that in years.
I look at dresses, and outfits that look great on OTHER people and dream right now.

How great is that. I had one myself yesterday. Stopped to try to get tires for my husband's car and the guy said: you win today's award. He said, you want to know what for, then said, you're the prettiest girl that's been in here all day. He said you want to know what you've won: I, being a smart ass, said free tires. He said no, you're going to be on my mind all night. *I know it was a line, but I haven't been hit on in a long time!)
I came home and told my hubby and he said "he must have really wanted to sell you those tires." LOL. (my husband is so not romantic)
