I'm lazy
I use one can spicy v8, one can regular v8
one large bag of frozen mixed veggies
one cup pearled barley uncooked
a couple of cans of crab meat
some garlic some old bay maybe some onion
dump it all in
heat it all up
cook it till the barley is tender.
