FRIDAY FEED BAG
I'm finally back on the board after a long time away (it's amazing how busy life becomes when you can actually start living it!) Anyway here goes
Yesterday--
B: cottage cheese w/Splenda, cinnamon and raisins
S: grape tomatoes and string cheese
L: refried beans w/shredded cheddar cheese
S: yogurt w/ blueberries
D: turkey wings (meat only-no skin)
S: cantaloupe
All my fluids and vits
Yesterday:
B- 2 egg yolks and a slice of cheese. (my son always makes me boil him eggs but he only eat the egg whites. So I get stuck with the egg yolks. lol 20 oz coffee
S- small banana
L- pb & j on wheat bread
D- meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and steamed broccoli
S- 5 slices of canned peaches
All my vitamins and 98 oz of fluids
