When I was young, I used to get real neuseaed when I was real hungry, (late breakfast for example) the past two days I have woke up queasy, not ready to vomit, but queasy. Thursday I took one of my pills, today got up had a protein drink, took a vitamin, and a calcium and feel fine. I am ass-u-meing it is caused by the empty stomache.

Good morning Tom!!

I was vey nauseated after surgery too and mornings was the hardest for me the very first 6 weeks.  It did get better each day so it was something to look forward too.  If you get up early and get some breakfast in and you feel great then hey do what you can to keep "you" feeling great!

Much happiness to the king pouch!  lol

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

my understanding (and for me) is that both hunger and dehydration can cause nausea.

Good Morning Tom!!! I was the same way.  In fact, I kept something right next to my bed so when I would wake up I could take a few sips before actually getting out of bed. That seemed to help me. It did go away after a few weeks. Small side effect....worth it when you step on the scale.
