Had an egg craving

So I poached a large egg, soft yoke, and chopped it up, (no use breaking out the processor for one egg) I ate not even a half of it, Damn it was good, and I was full. The first food craving I've had, El fixed her spam, egg, and rice for the girls. I usually add peppers and onions, and eat a full plate plus. I guess I am a real cheap date. It is shocking how little I can eat. Now I have to wait my 30min to wa**** down with CL.

Thanks Nessa,
A poached egg is super easy to make into an acceptable musshy with a fork. We have a large food processor (will probably never use) a mini FP, and a hand food processor, not really sure what is officially called.

Amazing isn't it?

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

For the first time in my life, (since I was a kid) I can see hope of being normal weight. I know I have a long way to go, but when I can see results like this, when I can put the bike back into the mix, the gym back in the mix,, The hope is bright. I owe so much to folks here, and I will continue to lean on all of you. From the bottom of my heart  THANKS.
