HELEN/GRAMMOM UPDATE - THURSDAY P.M.
Sigh. Poor Helen. She has to have surgery again tomorrow so that they can "clean out" the remains of the diverticulitis.
I am still at work, I was getting ready to leave to go see her when she called. She's disgusted and in pain, so she was going to take pain meds and go to sleep.
Her friend, Ron, will call me tomorrow if she's not able to. I will see her tomorrow, when I should be able to get out of work at a human hour. She's also disgusted because she's going to have to go back to liquids.
She's sorry she didn't return phone calls, she's just not feeling it right now.
I'll update more when I know more.

I had planned on joining Tia today, but I took Maggy shopping for a present for a Bday party this weekend, We walked around the mall, I think I drank too much too quickly, we were a later than planned, so I had to back out today. I will print out all of these replies and deliver them to her if we can get there Friday. I need to give back a little of what I have received from this site.

You are out and about so soon from your surgery. I remember feeling so tired and I didn;t have much energy to get around. I am glad you are doing great.
As for the drinking too fast it is not a good feeling. I remember going through that a few times. My husband drank too fast one particular time and he was in so much pain. I felt so bad for him because I knew what he was going through but there was nothing I could do for him.
Just take it easy and sip sip sip.
