THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
I think I love Thai food....especially when someone else is buying!!! Of course, like Chinese, the menu looked like it contained some really yummy yet unfriendly wls choices. I did okay, though.
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with s/f strawberry preserves
L - Hot & sour soup (some of the best I've ever had)
Shrimp with basil (I got mine medium hot - he got extra hot, so I had to listen to him sniffling
from the spices!! lol)
D - Mushroom & Swiss burger
S - S/f coconut candy
All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday:
B - ran late so none really - a few Gerber yogurt melts
L - mexican casserole
S - watermelon
S - protein shake
D - homemade chicken pot pie...NUM YUMMY!!
S - blueberry muffin
LNS - watermelon
80ish oz. fluids, 80ish g. protein, all my vits!
NEXT!!!
B- boiled egg 1 slice of cheese and 16 os of coffee
L- corn dog
D- grilled chicken salad
S- small tomatoe freshly picked. and I tried 1 slice of fried green tomatoe.
All my vitamins and 84 oz of fluids
