I figured I share my affirmation even if it is a bit late in the afternoon.

I recognize times of crisis. I face problems bravely.
I understand that difficulties are opportunities in disguise.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Cira, Thanks for that it really hits home. I feel like I have been in crisis to long now... I have been brave and strong . It has been so hard...

I will be strong and will face my problems head on not with a box of chocolates...
