What's everyone eating?  I made a crustless spinach quiche with an Italian cheese blend on Sunday - it was YUMMY!!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
     Greek yogurt with s/f peach preserves

L - Spinach quiche
     Italian squash

D - Grilled chicken from B/K grilled chicken sandwich
       1/2 order of small fries  (yeah, yeah, yeah, I know)

All my fluids, all my vits!!!

Yesterday, I gave myself permission to not care about what I ate. The first time that I've done this, and with my mood yesterday especially, I feel that I was entitled. Of course as of today I'm back on track, because I certainly don't want to start a patter that will have nothing but ugly results!

Sooo...
Greek Yogurt, spaghetti & meatball, pizza, 2 oatmeal cookies, 1/2 pork chop and greek salad.

Today is a new day and I'm back on my game.

Regardless of what "they" say, food CAN be a comfort, and I get what you're saying.

You're halfway there in recognizing that continued "free for all" eating could be dangerous, and you've taken steps to not allow it to continue.

AND - in the past, I'm sure 2 cookies might've been the whole bag!!!

Mmmmmm...fries!  I had a few the other day in L.A. and they were GOOD!!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/pineapple protein shake

L - pepperoni slices
      protein bar

S - mini chocolate

D - mexican casserole

S - watermelon

LNS - warm skim milk w/splenda

80 oz. fluids, 88g protein, all my vits!

NEXT!!!!

Yesterday:

B- 2 boiled eggs   16 oz coffee

L- 1 cup of home made chili

S- medium banana

D- grilled chicken salad

a slice of a home made pound cake.  I am hooked on it thanks to Heather's Modispaw Mom! lol

100 oz of fluids and all of my vitamins
