Rollercoaster Ride I didn't want to be on.

Just wanted to say hello to everyone.  I've had a lot going on lately and crawled in my introverted shell to deal with things.

My youngest son was unsuccessful. (thank GOD!) No need to go into details. I'm sure you can figure that one out.

My daughter is making me grow old gracefully by moving back home with boyfriend in tow AND making me a grandma. I am happy about that part!

Haven't felt much like chatting or talking on the phone with anyone. Not feeling it now either.

Today is also a rough day for me.... it's the anniversary of my son (my daughter's twin brother's) passing.

Not looking for sympathy... just wanted to let everyone know that this has been a bad time for me the last few weeks.  It generally is this time of year with the above mentioned anniversary.

Next week I'm heading to OC for a few days of MUCH needed mental health & relaxation. Hoping to return renewed and wanting to participate again.

Thank you to those who have sent me PMs asking where I was, or how I was.  It's nice to know I was missed and thought of.

xoxoxo,
Ren

Ren -

Although I'm not usually at a loss, this time I am.  Suffice it to say that you know where I am if/when you need me.

Hugs to you - and to Pete, too!!

Thanks Tia.  Summertime is always the hardest for me. My youngest didn't need to add his BS into it.

September is when I normally come back to life and feel human again.  Thanks for your support.

Thanks Nic. I AM excited about a new bundle of joy to hold and spoil and being a grandma for the first time.  She's not due until March and already my mind is running with thoughts of the baby shower, the crib, baby room, etc.

Ren:

Congratulations on being a grandma.  I have been wondering about you but also know that life sometimes gets in the way of things.  I can empathize with your sons being unsuccessful , have been there myself with mine.

Sounds like th trip to OC is comming at the right time.  Have  great time and remeber you are the best.

While your away just think about you can spoil the new baby.

Always in my thoughts

OH BTW have sent an appeal off to UHC for the surgery.

Will keep you abreast of the happenings.
