I have attended half a dozen classes now and I love it. It's excercise that doesn't feel like exercise. this 3 hour event is only $5. My sister and I are signed up to go. Should be fun!
It's also the last Satruday of the month which means half off clothing and shoes at Goodwill. Which is right there by this event in Timonium.
Let me know if anybody's interested and we can combine fun exercise, shopping and maybe lunch afterwards :-)
